Good hotel for a fair price. Friendly welcoming, useful parking, the room was very good for a fair price, breakfast also included. Would recommend.

Great Hotel in Monterey This is a very nice (boutique style) hotel in Monterey. We stayed three nights and the service was top notch, the rooms are very large and the breakfast was perfect. Really enjoyed this property.

Friendly Staff with Great Communication, Spacious Room We stayed one night at this hotel as a family and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Although our room wasn’t ready for early check-in, they safely stored our luggage at the front desk, which we appreciated. Our room was spacious and airy, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel has its own free parking for guests, which is definitely a bonus, especially if you’re traveling by car—everything is conveniently close. The breakfast was adequate. I enjoyed making my own yogurt bowl from the yogurt machine, topped with dried fruits, granola, and chocolate chips — it became my personal favorite. My younger son was also entertained by the fish in the decorative fountain during breakfast, which was a nice touch. After we accidentally left behind my son’s beloved plush toy, the staff kindly shipped it to our next hotel. This means a lot. Communication with the hotel was excellent throughout. Whenever I messaged them via the Booking.com app, they responded quickly and helpfully. All in all, it was a solid and heartwarming experience. Thank you!

BEST Best Western this side of the Mississippi!!! Book now to experience yourself!! This was hands down and all thumbs up the best Best Western Property Ive been to. The staff is great, the young lady on afternoon shift was the most pleasant and professional and efficient front desk clerk Ive ever dealt with, she could for sure work in a high end NYC Hotel. The rooms are great, clean updated and smell fresh, water pressure is great here, great amenities and an overall beautiful property. The hotel is in a class of it own and should be a more elite status of BW, ie a “Plus” the value was great and I just cant praise it enough. If your looking for a Monterey hotel look no further and Book NOW!!
