Just as you are concerned with this invisible threat, our team is right there with you. We are constantly at work to ensure our hotel is safe and clean for not only you, our guests, but our team as well.

Here are some of the ways we are keeping everyone safe:

Our Team

  • The broughtonHOTELS 360 Clean and Best Western We Care Clean programs ensure team members are receiving ongoing current affair briefings, and daily housekeeping and hygiene training
  • All of our team wear Protective Personal Equipment (PPE) including face masks and gloves
  • You will see our hygiene engineers a lot more frequently as they are coming out from behind the scenes to put your mind at ease about our constant cleaning of public spaces

Guest Reception

  • The entire guest reception desk experience will be socially distanced with touchless options for payment via ApplePay and Google Wallet
  • You are able to use pre-registration through your hotel reservation confirmation and pre-arrival emails
  • You and our team are protected with a plexiglass partition
  • The desk and credit card machine are sanitized in between guests
  • Hand sanitizer stations are available for your use
  • When checking out place your room key in our room key collection box, they are then sanitized before next use
  • Express check-out is available when email is provided

Public Areas

  • All public areas are sanitized every hour
  • All public areas follow social distancing guidelines
  • Hand sanitizing stations can be found in every public area
  • We now offer a “Grab & Go” breakfast option
  • Our pool is currently closed for your safety

Your Accommodations

  • When possible, rooms are vacant for 24 to 72 hours prior to being cleaned and available for stays
  • Housekeeping is postponed during your stay unless otherwise requested; for longer stays, we perform a “wellness check” on the 3rd day to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible
  • Cleaning is focused on specific “high-touch” areas including doorknobs, safety latches, peepholes, tables, desks, chairs, lamps, furniture handles, light switches, thermostats, drapery handles, telephone, tablet, sink controls, remotes, safes, minibar items, alarm clocks, hangers, irons, and ironing boards
  • Items that have been removed from the room for your protection are available on request, these include notepads, pens, laundry bags, ironing boards and irons
  • Guest rooms are sprayed with electrostatic sprayers to disinfect the air and all soft surfaces that cannot normally be disinfected with a normal spray or wipe down
